This is a great opportunity to join a leading broker of customer acquisition services as a Senior Analyst. The company helps clients grow through in-person marketing and sales campaigns. The Senior Analyst would play a key role in leading sales operations analytics across multiple campaigns and requires business analysis and operational skills.
ROLE OVERVIEW - SENIOR SALES ANALYST
Analyze sales data to provide insights that explain performance and drive decision making for the executive leadership team
Identify opportunities for sales growth and implement strategies with sales executives
Develop and monitor KPIs for national sales network
Execute ad hoc analysis and provide recommendations for cross functional stakeholders
Build strong relationships with members of FP&A, Sales Ops and other cross functional teams
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Quantitative degree and experience in a prior sales analytics role
Strong Excel and Crystal Reports skills are a must! Salesforce and Tableau knowledge is desired
Ability to break down complex analysis into easily digestible reports
Be a critical thinker with a problem solving approach
Prior track record of automating processes via modeling and use of Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience validating, troubleshooting and analyzing large volumes of data
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact wit C-Suite
